Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18th, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hannahmax LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating as AlexanderInColor, a cinematic media studio and consulting practice based in Jerusalem, Israel, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit alexanderincolor.com or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; your name and any details you share if you contact us about a consulting engagement, collaboration, or film project; any other message you send us.

  • Automatically collected: basic technical/log data (IP address, browser/device type, pages visited) through our website host, Framer, and related infrastructure.

  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4), which may track your activity across alexanderincolor.com and the other websites we operate, to understand traffic and usage.

  • We do not currently sell anything directly through the Service, so we do not collect payment information. If that changes (for example, if we launch merchandise or paid consulting packages), we will update this Policy before we do.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver our newsletter and respond to inquiries.

  • To evaluate and follow up on consulting, speaking, or film-collaboration inquiries.

  • To understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it.

  • To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under obligations to protect it appropriately:

  • beehiiv — email delivery and subscriber management

  • Framer — website hosting

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — website analytics, shared across the other websites we operate

  • Other hosting/infrastructure providers as needed to run the Service (e.g., Vercel)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. If you engage us for a consulting or film project, any additional information you share as part of that engagement is used only for that purpose and covered by any separate agreement we sign.

4. Where Your Data Is Processed

Because our service providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including Israel and the United States.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link included in every email.

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing [alex@alexanderincolor.com].

  • If you are located in the EU/UK/EEA or California, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR or CCPA), including rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not "sell" personal information as that term is used under the CCPA.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our subscriber or client relationship, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.

Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18th, 2026

Welcome to AlexanderInColor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alexanderincolor.com and your interactions with our newsletter, consulting inquiries, and film/collaboration inquiries (together, the "Service"), operated by Hannahmax LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AlexanderInColor is a cinematic media studio and creative consulting practice based in Jerusalem, Israel, producing film and visual storytelling and advising individuals, artists, and brands on branding, business strategy, and creativity.

2. Not Professional Advice

Content on the Service — including commentary on history, culture, and current events — reflects the personal views and experience of its author(s) and is provided for informational and portfolio purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and does not represent the views of any organization, government, or institution unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.

4. Newsletter Subscription

Subscribing to our newsletter requires a valid email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email.

5. Consulting and Collaboration Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the Service (for example, about a consulting engagement, speaking event, or film collaboration) does not create a client relationship, obligation, or exclusivity. Any actual engagement — including scope, fees, timeline, and confidentiality — will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We may decline any inquiry at our discretion.

6. Content Ownership

All content on the Service — including film, video, photography, writing, and design — is owned by Hannahmax LLC or its licensors (including footage subjects and collaborators, where applicable) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, download, modify, republish, or use our content — including footage or photography — for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

When interacting with us, you agree not to:

  • Send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.

  • Attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access to it.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites or resources (for example, social media or booksellers). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. Future Products and Services

We may in the future offer merchandise, paid consulting packages, or other products through the Service. Separate terms will apply to any such purchases or engagements when they are introduced.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hannahmax LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your newsletter subscription) at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
